Sounds a 110db alarm if surface water is detected or when water reaches a desired level.

When filling baths,tubs,pools,spas etc, simply use the cord to suspend the unit with its base at the desired warning level. When the water reaches the level the alarm sounds. Simple!

Unit can also be installed at floor level using mounting bracket to detect encroaching surface water. Ideal if you live in a flood prone area. Early warning night or day.
